The Investment of Kerry Construction in Shanghai Amounts to 7.6 Billion RMB

The capital invested in the project in Jing’an District in Shanghai by Kerry Construction and Shangri-La was planed not to exceed 5.78 billion RMB, but in need of development, the two companies have decided to increase investment to 7.6 billion RMB.

An Zihua, the director & general manager of Shangri-La Group said that the investment in China will exceed 1 billion USD in the coming 3 to 4 years in about 15 hotels and villas. It is reported that Shangri-La owns 48.5% of the rights and interests in this project.
